Dimple drainage sheets are a perforated dimpled mat with high drainage capacity for horizontal and vertical use on retaining walls, roof slabs, under floor slabs, roof landscaping, parking decks and tunnels. The dimples create a continuous drainage space that allows structures to breathe and relieves hydrostatic pressure. Install with the geotextile facing the soil and the dimples against the wall. For wider areas, press dimples along sheet edges together or butt edge-to-edge and secure with reinforced tape.

Installation Notes

• Position sheet with geotextile toward soil.
• Overlap sheets or butt edges, peel-back and tape geotextile at joins to prevent soil ingress.
• Provide suitable outlet drainage (collection pipe or channel) to carry water away from the structure.
• Avoid heavy compaction directly against the face, use appropriate backfill and compaction methods.
• For heavy vertical loads or traffic-bearing applications, specify a profile rated for higher compressive strength.
