The Class B Hot-Dip Galvanised Checker Plate Access Cover or Pit Cover and Frame Set is designed to provide secure and convenient access to underground service pits, utility chambers and maintenance openings. Manufactured from Hot-Dip Galvanised Steel, each access cover/ pit cover features a raised checker plate surface for improved slip resistance and durability in outdoor environments.
They come with accessible hinge. These grates easily fit into the pit's opening.
Available side hinged configurations, the lockable access cover allows quick inspection and maintenance while remaining securely attached to the frame. Designed for pedestrian areas and light vehicle traffic, they are ideal for residential and commercial applications.
