How to place your order
1. First select your item, then select the item size or quantity in the drop down menu, this will place the item with the correct size in your shopping cart
2. Choose your shipping method, you can select pick up (no additional cost will be added to your shopping cart); if you choose delivery then freight cost will be added to your shopping cart.
3. For Large, bulky & multiple items, just give us a call for a quote on freight before you purchase online.
4. You will be notified with the delivery method and Tracking number once your consignment is dispatched, please get in touch with our support team if you have any questions in regards, shipping or product information before you place your order.
NATION WIDE DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
We accept orders Australia wide, and use the all Major Carriers who service all Australian Metro and Regional Areas.
- Same day delivery are available for Sydney metro areas if orders are placed and paid before 11:00am.
- Deliveries to Rural or regional area may take longer. For any updates of delivery time frame, you can use tracking number provided to track the iorder on carrier's website or contact us.
- All orders sent within Australia require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, we will authorize the Courier to leave the item at your front door. If you do not want the item to be left unattended please advise us at the time of purchase.
- If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by the carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
